Where: Live and interactive online via zoom for eight weeks
When: Tuesdays on 6th May until 1st July with a break for half term on 27th May.
Time: 7.45 - 9.15pm.
We ask for a suggested donation for the course for those who are able to of £120 per person (£200 a couple). However during these difficult times we are grateful for any donation. Circle of Security Parenting (COS-P) is an internationally recognised programme that gives parents and carers a powerful, practical framework for understanding their child’s emotional world. The course helps you build stronger, more secure relationships with your child, offering insight, support, and tools to respond with confidence.
Location: Central Cambridge
Time: 1.30 - 3.00 pm
Dates: 9th May - 18th July with a break for half term on 30th May.
We ask for a suggested donation for the course for those who are able of £135 (£15 a session). Pay more if you can or less if needed - every donation helps us to continue supporting families.

The next course will run from 12th May until 30th June with a break on 26th May for school half term.
The course is run online (8-9.30pm) and uses a mixture of presentations by trained facilitators, video clips of how this approach works and exercises that are designed for you to work through individually as a couple. Emotionally Focused couples therapists help run the course and are available for help and support during the sessions in breakout rooms.
The course is suitable for any couple who have been married (or in a committed relationship) for over 2 years). It runs online over 7 evenings. For those able to pay there is a recommended donation of £180 per couple to help us cover costs but any donation or none is fine.
